Stillbones Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with a blend of Mediterranean varietals, harvested and pressed on Waiheke Island and bottled in the Central Coast of California. Stillbones EVOO is packaged in a 375 ml, UV-coated glass bottle to prevent light exposure and oxidation while ensuring the highest quality oil with an extended shelf life. The oil is low in free fatty acids, rich in polyphenols, packed with micronutrients, antioxidants, and healthy monounsaturated fats. Each bottle includes a built-in recyclable drizzler cap, which makes pouring smooth so you can treasure every last drop. Perfect with sourdough bread from your local bakery, or use as a drizzly topper for your veggies and leafy greens. The oil has a smoke point of 410º F.

Stillbones was created by husband & wife Courtland and Nicole, dreamt up and harvested on Waiheke Island New Zealand and bottled along the Central Coast of California, where the two now reside. Their shared love of nature and slowing down, allowed them to connect with nature more fully during the pandemic when they launched their olive oil and wine collection.
