Please initiate your return request by emailing email@example.com. All returns or exchanges must be received within 15 days of the original order and accompanied by the original invoice. We are unable to offer refunds for returned items and will issue a store credit once returned items are received. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, in its original packaging, and include the original packing slip. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
All custom furniture, vintage furniture, fine art, food and pantry, personal care/apothecary, and sale items are non-refundable and therefore considered final sale.
All sales through our storefront on 1stDibs are non-refundable and considered final sale. You may cancel your order within 24 hours at no charge in accordance with 1stDibs' cancelation policy.
How can I check the status of my order?
Can I modify, add items, or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
To modify or cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and modifications/reason for cancellation with 24 hours of placing your order. Our team will assist in determining if the modification or cancelation request is possible.
If you’d like to add items to your order, please place a new order and let us know you’d like both orders to be shipped together by sending an email to email@example.com. Please include both order numbers and we will do our best to ship all items together.
