Orders are shipped from Los Angeles within 2-3 days of being placed. Currently, Atrio is only able to offer domestic shipping and unable to fulfill orders for international customers. Shipping rates are calculated on pre-tax order values and are as follows:

Returns

All returns must be received within 15 days of order receipt. Requests for returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be issued a store credit. We are unable to offer refunds for returned items. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with tags and accompanied by a receipt.

All custom furniture, vintage furniture, fine art, food and pantry, personal care and apothecary, and sale items are non-refundable and therefore considered final sale. All “inquire for pricing” items purchased online are final sale and ineligible for a refund or store credit, unless otherwise noted.

All sales through our storefront on 1stDibs are non-refundable and considered final sale. You may cancel your order within 24 hours at no charge in accordance with 1stDibs' cancelation policy.

Returns In-Store
Items purchased online or in-store can be exchanged or returned for store credit at Atrio LA, within 15 days of purchase. All items must be accompanied by an original receipt.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. Once we receive your returned items, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once complete with a digital store credit. Store credit can be used for online or in-store purchases.

How can I check the status of my order?

Order status can be checked by emailing the Atrio team at hello@shopatrio.com. If your order is already on its way, you can check your order status by checking your tracking number, which is included in your “Order Shipped” email.

Can I modify, add items, or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Customers are able to modify or cancel orders if the order has not shipped or tracking has not been made available. Please note, orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. To modify or cancel your order, please email hello@shopatrio.com including your order number modifications/reason for cancellation.

If you’d like to add items to your order, please place a new order and let us know you’d like both orders to be shipped together by sending an email to hello@shopatrio.com. Please include both order numbers and we will do our best to ship all items together.

How fast will my order ship?

Can orders be shipped outside the US?

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes, we offer in-store pickup. Please select “Pick-Up” at checkout. Items are typically ready within 4 hours, excluding holidays, and you’ll receive an email when your item is ready for pickup. For expedited pick-ups, contact us by phone 424-766-1633 or email hello@shopatrio.com.

Can I order vintage furniture on your website?

We utilize 1stDibs as our online vintage furniture partner. You can find information on 1stDibs’ shipping and returns policy here. All communication, order help, and shipping questions/coordination for orders initiated on 1stDibs must be directed to 1stDibs customer service team. Please note all purchases of vintage furniture through 1stDibs are final sale.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery on orders over $1000 for a flat rate of $200. This service is available for addresses within a 75 mile radius of 90232. Delivery for orders of vintage furniture placed through our Atrio sales team will be applied at time of sale.

What is your return policy?
