Plums are in season, and what better way to celebrate them than with a sweet-savory salad? This simple-yet-flavorful dish inspired by Bon Appétit complements warm-weather mains with a tart, salty punch everyone will love.

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings.


Ingredients:

  • 4 large fresh red plums, sliced
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Baguette, for serving

Directions


Slice plums and place on a serving platter, and sprinkle feta over the top. Drizzle with olive oil, freshly ground cumin seeds,  salt, and pepper. Serve with warm, sliced baguette, and enjoy!
